• We sell your designs on your behalf letting you have the freedom to digitize when and if you want instead of handling orders and answering customer questions.  You can go on vacation or just take a few days off without worry.  There is no need to be tied to your computer to collect orders.  We also answer customer questions and solve customer problems for you.  

• We market your designs to thousands of people. Read about our marketing service called EMBROIDERY BILLBOARD  HERE.  Embroidery Billboard has a membership of over 40,000 people.  Plus we advertise in Designs In Machine Embroidery Magazine .

• You have the ability to have Special Customer Discounts & Items Sale Priced only when you want that option.  We DO NOT force you to participate in group specials. 

• We Accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Check & Money Orders.  Many services do not offer the PayPal option or cannot accept money from international customers.  By offering more payment options customers are more likely to buy.

• Mail Orders & Phone Orders are taken for you which is a nice option if you are outside of the United States.  We also provide help to customers by phone and by email!

• Your customers get an incentive to buy from you again & again through our buyers incentive programs!  The more they buy the more free designs they get.  

• Customers get to download their designs right away when they order with a credit card or PayPal! By offering the ability to instantly download designs those customers who need their designs immediately are satisfied and tend to return.  

• Collection of Orders With Dispersing of Funds (minus fees) To You Monthly.  Payment comes to you in check or we can pay you by wire transfer or PayPal.  A monthly statement detailing what you sold throughout the month is included.  Prompt payments are our promise to you!  We always pay you by the 5th of the month.

• Do you offer all these machine formats to your customers?  If not we can convert designs for you in all the common formats including SEW, JEF, PES, PCS, DST, CSD, XXX, EXP, HUS plus ART and VIP formats.   

•  You can create and host your own web pages and  link to them to your part of the mall OR if you don't have a site of your own we can build your design set pages for you and host them on our site.

• E-mail Notification is sent to you when each order is placed to you can see your sales right away!

• You may enter your own set information or we will do that for you.  You may change your prices at any time or change any other information about your sets.   You can enter or edit your description, categories for your sets, etc.

• Our store offers a way to "suggest" similar sets to a customer.  They may come to our mall to buy one set then see another set of yours they like and buy that also.   Our mall has a great search engine and designs are categorized by digitizer and by subject.    We also take one of your sets (about once every three weeks) and feature it in a special section of our site to showcase it and remind customers it is a great set to purchase.

• Our site has been professionally created by a team of top programmers.  The Adorable Affordable Designs Mall has web pages that are not cluttered, load quickly and it is easy to navigate so that customers can find all your collections easily.  It sits on a secure server which protects your product zip files and protects the customer's information.

• There is no long term commitment required and no up front costs. Give us a try! We will custom tailor a plan that fits your needs with no long term commitment and no minimum number of design sets required. 

• Our fee is 15% if you only sell through us, 20% if you sell at other locations but your own personal web site links to your part of the mall and 25% if you also sell at other locations and have no web site or your web site offers a payment button to another payment service.   

 Adorable Affordable Designs History

Adorable Affordable Designs was started in January of 2000.  Pam Hanson started selling her digitized designs through her own web site and soon after created the Adorable Affordable Designs Mall representing digitizers whom she came to know through internet embroidery groups.  She also has an embroidery advertising group of over 40,000 members called Embroidery Billboard.  She along with her husband, Kelly, run the Nebraska based business.  Pam and Kelly are committed to offering an honest and high quality service for both the digitizer's they represent and the customers who have shown their loyalty through repeat business.
